Regular Service Rates
  • Service Call: 75.00 (Covers up to 1 hour)
  • Regular Hourly Rate: 75.00
  • Extended Hourly Rate: 50.00 (Hourly Rate after 2 Hours)
Regular Remote Services
  • Remote Assistance 25.00 an hour or per system
Monthly Service Plans
  • Level 1 Remote Services and Reduced Rates
    • 4 Hours Block Minimum: 100.00 (Covers up to 4 Hours Remotely)
    • On-Site Rates:
      • Service Call: 50.00
      • Hourly Rate: 50.00
      • 1 Status Check Visit a Month (Cover a Service Call Charge)
  • Level 2 Remote Services and Reduced Rates
    • 8 Hour Block Minimum: 200.00 (Covers up to 8 Hours Remotely)
    • On-Site Rates:
      • Service Call: 50.00
      • Hourly Rate: 35.00
      • 2 Status Check Visits a Month (Cover a Service Call Charge)
  • Level 3 Remote Services and Reduced Rates
    • 16 Hour Block Minimum: 400.00 (Covers up to 16 Hours)
    • On-Site Rates:
      • Service Call: No Charge
      • Hourly Rate: 25.00 (After 16 Hours)
  • Small Business Special New
    • 4 Hour Block Minimum: 100.00 (Covers up to 4 Hours)
    • Remote Technical Support for your Workstations
    • Website Technical Support (Help Starting a Website or Using the existing Website)

Limitations:
All Hours are used remotely, unless YOUNG'S COMPUTER SERVICES deems it necessary to be on-site. Hours do not "Roll-Over", although YOUNG'S COMPUTER SERVICES may take in consideration previous monthly activity when a problem arises that requires a client to go over there normal paid hours. On-site Services are only offered Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and an additional 25.00 per hour would apply during the week. Saturday and Sundays are Remote Services only, unless planned ahead of time. Extra Charges would apply. Plans Apply to 10 Computers or less in the same location and Only 1 can be a Server 10 Computers in different locations or more then 1 Server Require a minimum of 20 Hours per month and other limitations may apply.
